Youth Mission Trips
We are off! We will leave early in the morning on Saturday, July 16th and returning late afternoon or early evening on Thursday, July 21st. This trip is to Sioux Falls, South Dakota and promises to be a fun-filled and rewarding time.
We will work for Bowden Youth Center, a shelter for homeless teens and young adults. Our work will include cooking and serving the meal at the soup kitchen, some community outreach, some tutoring and a little bit of painting and other mainenance work.
We will go to the largest water park in South Dakota, visit the Sioux Falls Zoo and take in the Big Sioux River Falls. We wil attend Worship at First Congregational USS and Curt and Robin Aden are hosting us at their house for a cookout. Youth interested in attending are encouraged to turn in their registration forms ASAP!
